Although we have no idea what symptoms you live with or what
diagnosis you are dealing with, our entire staff (including Dr.
Brantley) have all suffered from nagging symptoms at various times
in our lives. And those symptoms made our lives miserable and
unmanageable.
Some of us have faced even more serious health challenges and felt
scared, confused and lonely. But there came a point in our lives
when we realized that we needed to take responsibility for our own
health and wellbeing. When we were at the point of greatest
desperation, we slowly gave up our junk food, followed Dr.
Brantley's Program for Balance and used his herbal formulas. And
lo and behold, our bodies responded and we started to heal. This
is what we hope for you!
For this reason, we are thrilled that you have ordered our
products. In addition, Dr. Brantley wants to make sure that you
know exactly how to take his herbal formulas. He encourages you to
take the time to read over his brief usage instructions.
PRODUCT DIRECTIONS
ACTIVE ENZYMES PLUS:
Depending on the health of your body and the balance of your
digestive tract, it is advised to start slowly when starting any
herbal formula. For the first week, start with ½ packet (1 capsule
in the packet) of ACTIVE ENZYMES PLUS with each cooked meal.
As you start to use Active Enzymes Plus, you may experience an
increase in gas or bloating for a short time. The reason why this
happens is because Active Enzymes Plus breaks down the years of
undigested food particles stuck to the walls of your intestines in
a very efficient manner. This process can create more gas and
bloating for awhile. But as your body adjusts, and your digestive
organs become more able to participate in proper digestion, you
should experience a reduction or complete elimination of gas and
bloating. You will also find that Active Enzymes Plus is so
thorough in its digestive support, that your body will be more able
to effectively break down the food for the meal that you are
currently eating.
Within a week or two, your body will start to efficiently digest
your meals and that "full and bloated" feeling that many people
experience after eating should disappear. You can then take a full
packet of ACTIVE ENZYMES PLUS with each cooked meal. Personal
discretion is advised as to the amount taken.
THE ELIMINATOR:
Most people in America are chronically constipated. If you do not
have 2-3 easy and complete bowel movements EVERY DAY, you need to
clear out intestinal waste so there is room for your intestines to
function normally. Dr. Brantley made sure that the herbs contained
in The Eliminator are not habit forming, and do not cause cramping
and abdominal pain. He created this intestinal cleanser so that
when your bowels move, it is "smooth and easy".
Depending on how long you have been chronically constipated, your
daily dietary habits, and how many days you go without a bowel
movement, the amount of packets taken is up to personal discretion.
For some, taking 1 packet before bed with 8 oz. of purified water
is sufficient to move the bowels, while others need to increase the
dosage.
If you do not experience an easy bowel movement with sufficient
passage of feces within 12 hours, you may need to take more. The
following evening, it is advised to take 2 packets before bed. For
extreme constipation, you may need to continue 2 packets with 8 oz.
of water every night until you are having 2-3 easy bowel movements
per day. Please be patient as it takes time to correct a lifetime
of chronic constipation. With continued use, as your body
eliminates hardened fecal material that may be causing
constipation, your bowels should be able to eliminate easily and
regularly.
Because this formula is not habit forming, you can take it as long
as you need to achieve desired results. When you are experiencing
2-3 easy bowel movements EVERY DAY, you may try using The
Eliminator 2 times a week or as needed.
If you have a sensitive system, you may want to start with ½ packet
of The Eliminator (1 capsule). When you feel ready, you can use a
full packet. Personal discretion is advised regarding the amount
taken.
It is also advised when using any kind of herbal cleanser, to drink
adequate amounts of water. Because chronic constipation and dry,
hard stools can be caused by dehydration, it is imperative that you
keep drinking purified water in divided doses EVERY DAY. Again, the
goal is to have 2-3 regular bowel movements per day. How long
should I take The Eliminator? Until you achieve bowel regularity on
a daily basis, The Eliminator should be part of your daily regimen.
RESCUE ME:
Usually, after eating or drinking something junky, or stuffing
ourselves to the brim with dead food, we wake up the next morning
feeling horrible. But if you take 1-2 packets of Rescue Me with 8
oz. of water before going to bed, it can protect your body from
toxic damage. Needless to say, Rescue Me has provided relief for
countless customers.
Rescue Me is also an incredible mini-detox! You can expect a
steady cleansing of your entire system. Used on a regular basis,
it clears waste and toxins out of the small and large intestines,
liver and gallbladder, kidneys and bladder and the blood, while
supporting the adrenal glands, thyroid and pancreas.
As a mini-detox, you may choose to take 1 packet of Rescue Me
before bed with 8 oz. of water, 2-3 times a week. Or you can take
Rescue Me on the weekends: Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. It
is also advised when using any herbal cleanser, drink adequate
amounts of water daily. Again, personal discretion is advised
regarding the amount taken."
WHICH PRODUCT DO I TAKE FIRST?
If you have ordered all three products, here are some good
guidelines to follow:

Everyone should start taking ACTIVE ENZYMES PLUS with each
cooked meal (see instructions above). You can take ACTIVE ENZYMES
PLUS on the same day that you take either THE ELIMINATOR or RESCUE ME.
- If you are chronically constipated, take ACTIVE ENZYMES PLUS
with each meal AND consider taking THE ELIMINATOR before bed with 8
oz. of water (see instructions above). THE ELIMINATOR cleanses the
small and large intestines while supporting the liver and
gallbladder. Continue THE ELIMINATOR until you are having 2-3 easy
and complete bowel movements every day.
- If you have eaten something regrettable at a party, a ballgame
or in front of the TV and you want to minimize the internal damage
of all that junk food or drink, take a packet of RESCUE ME with 8
oz. of water before bed.
- Once you have used THE ELIMINATOR for a consistent amount of
time (at least 2-3 weeks) and your bowels are well regulated (2-3
easy and complete bowel movements every day) you can use RESCUE ME
as a mini-detox. RESCUE ME actually detoxifies your entire body.
Many people take RESCUE ME a few times a week or on the weekends
(see instructions above). Others have used Rescue Me every day.
Again, personal discretion is advised regarding the amount taken.
CAN I TAKE THE ELIMINATOR and RESCUE ME ON THE SAME DAY?
It is NOT advised to take RESCUE ME and THE ELIMINATOR at the same
time. If you do take these products on the same day, separate the
two and take one in the morning and one in the evening.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are pregnant or nursing, it is strongly
advised that you check with your medical doctor before using. If
you currently have or develop sudden abdominal pain or discomfort,
discontinue use and seek the advice of a medical doctor.
