Dr. Brantley's Detox Tips
1. WHAT CAN PEOPLE DO TO REDUCE THEIR SYMPTOMS AND SUPPORT THEIR BODY?
Follow my ROADMAP TO BALANCE: (from THE CURE, PG 137-138):
i. Hydrate
ii. Break the incorrect generational and societal eating patterns by following proper eating programs.
iii. Indentify and support your current problems.
iv. Support and rebuild your inherited propensity for weakened areas in your family heritage.
v. Every morning and before meals, drink lemon and water.
vi. First stop putting into your body what shouldn't be there. Then eat a smorgasbord of nutrients in their correct form, on a meal to meal basis, every day of your life. Let your body pick and choose what it needs.
vii. Eliminate refined table salt and use only balanced, unrefined sea salt.
viii. Eat mostly raw foods, untouched, the way they were created by nature.
ix. Chew your food until it is liquid before swallowing.
x. Take enzymes before and with cooked food.
xi. Try not to drink with meals, but if you do, have a small amount of room-temperature water only. Hot and cold drinks inhibit digestion.
xii. Detoxify, decalcify and desolidify.
2. HOW DO YOU NOURISH YOURSELF TO SUPPORT YOUR BODY'S EFFORTS TO RID IT OF THESE FOREIGN AND TOXIC INVADERS?
Again, follow all the steps in THE ROADMAP TO BALANCE.
Eat as many raw and organic fruits and vegetables as you can eat per day (5 servings of each per day). Eat a variety and stick with the brightly colored: yellow, red, purple and leafy greens.
Juicing for health:
i. Carrot, spinach and cucumber will help to cleanse the intestines.
ii. Carrot and beet brilliant to cleanse liver and kidneys.
iii. Celery and cucumber juice to help heal the lungs.
iv. Take antioxidants to protect your lungs and whole body from further free radical damage.
v. THE LEMON.
vi. ALKALINE FOODS: Fresh fruits and vegetables and green leafies.
3. WHAT FOREIGN TOXINS CAN YOU ACTUALLY ELIMINATE FROM YOUR BODY?
Anything that is NOT a particle like:
i. Heavy metals.
ii. All chemicals to which you were exposed.
iii. Fumes and smoke with toxic residues.
The DETOXIFICATION PROCESS should be slow and methodical.
i. 1st Step: Hydration
ii. 2nd Step: Eat a clean diet
iii. 3rd Step: Take enzymes
iv. 4th Step: Start to slowly cleanse your small and large intestines. (THE ELIMINATOR). Before moving to the next step, make sure that you are having 2-3 regular bowel movements per day (compensatory with your food intake).
v. 5th Step: Cleanse the liver and gallbladder: The liver is the major filtering organ of the body and has been bombarded with toxins. Again, do this step slowly (RESCUE ME).
vi. 6th Step: Cleanse your kidneys: The kidneys filter toxins as well and have also been bombarded with toxins, etc. (RESCUE ME).
vii. 7th Step: By cleansing the elimination organs, you help to cleanse your blood (Chlorophyll liquid and juicing).
viii. 8th Step: Cleanse the lymph system: The lymph system is like garbage receptacles. Rebounder and homeopathic and herbal lymph support.
Take herbs to clear phlegm from the lungs, etc: .
Heavy metal cleanse: Chelation therapy or suppositories: Sun chlorella, cilantro.
4. TOXICITY OVERLOAD HEALTH RELATED PROBLEMS
Lead toxicity can lead to learning disabilities and poor bone development and growth, irritability and anxiety, lack of concentration and impaired memory, headaches, gastrointestinal disorders and muscle and joint pain.
Cadmium toxicity can lead to increased risk of cancer, exhaustion or fatigue, learning disabilities, kidney and liver problems, painful joints and impaired immune dysfunction.
Mercury toxicity can lead to decreased memory, fatigue, gastrointestinal disorders, impaired immunity, impaired vision and hearing, asthma, insomnia, cognitive dysfunction, numbness and tingling.

6. WHAT ARE SOME ANTIDOTE FOODS FOR TOXIC SUBSTANCES?
Eat Cruciferous vegetables: Broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, collards, kale, mustard greens, radishes, rutabaga, and turnips. They contain anti-cancer compounds such as: glucosinolates compounds like indol-3-carbynol, sulforaphane, di-indolmethane and isothiocyantes.
CABBAGE: lowers rate of colon, prostate, lung and breast cancer: for peptic ulcer because it is high in glutamine that helps regenerate the lining of the gastrointestinal tract.
