Customer Service for Dr. Brantley Herbal Remedies and other Natural Supplements

We do welcome your questions, comments and suggestions. We pledge a 24-hour response time (Monday through Friday) on any order related questions. To assist you further on this matter, we have many FAQ's based on the most frequent questions that we have received from you, so please review prior to sending your question.  Please note that we do not answer personal health questions.

Our catalog will soon be available for download on PDF format. Printed catalogs will become available shortly thereafter. We are pleased to say, YES we can!  All Canada orders are sent via USPS International Priority Mail.  There is a separate International Shipping Fee for all Canadian orders. This fee will also be charged on all Super Saver Auto Refill orders that are shipped to Canada.  The customer is responsible to pay for any customs duties and taxes to Canada that might be charged. These fees are assessed by the Canadian government and cannot be waived or reimbursed.

Since we use both UPS and USPS as our mode of delivery, we can not accept PO Boxes, APO and PPO Addresses as the shipping address. If one of these carriers do not deliver to your service area please let us know so we may make the necessary changes to your shipment.

Most of the time when a customer gets an decline message, it's due to an incorrect billing address.  Please make sure your billing address on our order form matches your credit card statements billing address exactly.  If you continue to have trouble, you might want to contact your bank to see why it is not going through.  As always, we are happy to assist you as well with placing your order.

Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse it may take up to 3 weeks to be checked in and restocked to our shelves.  Once this occurs, we will then process your refund.  Please note, depending on your bank the refund may take up to 72 hours to show up on your credit card statement.

As you know, Dr. Brantley has some terrific recipe suggestions in his book on pages 156-158, 160, 163-164, and 166-167 for breakfast, lunch and dinner. These recipes are varied, nutritious and delicious!  For more delicious recipes, check out our members section of the website.

As far as juicers go, the Norwalk Juicer and the Green Star Juicer are both excellent. They are on the expensive side, but they are well worth the expense. But please note that these juicers require more time and effort when juicing and cleaning the juicer after completion. If you have the time and the money, we suggest that you find additional information about those juicers via the internet. But if you have a limited budget and you have little time to spend juicing and cleaning up, then Jack LaLanne's Power Juicer is a great choice. It takes no time at all to juice in the morning and the clean up is less than 5 minutes. Our suggestion is to research them all and have fun juicing!

Raw coconut oil does not need to be refrigerated. If you refrigerate it or keep it in a cold climate, it will turn into a thick gel making it more difficult to use. Take a teaspoon and put it on sprouted grains or vegetables AFTER the grains have been cooked or steamed (preferably). You can use a teaspoon in a breakfast shake in the morning or in a fruit or vegetable salad. See chapter 14 of Dr. Brantley's book, THE CURE, for shake suggestions. Also, you can use it on your skin...and it is amazing! After getting out of the shower, dip a clean spoon in the coconut oil and place a small handful in the palm of your hand and use it as a moisturizer on your face and your body. Many people have found that their skin dramatically changes! PLEASE NOTE: Never put your hands or a used utensil directly in your coconut oil container because you will contaminate and ruin the oil.

Dr. Brantley's herbal formulas are very powerful and while most will not experience an adverse reaction to the formulas it can happen.  If you have a major reaction always call a physician for immediate attention.  If you are having mild reaction make sure that you are taking the capsules correctly.  Do not exceed recommended dosage packets.  Always drink plenty of water when taking at least 8 oz. drink before, during and after taking the capsules.  Also make sure that the Vegan capsules are securely closed as they may accidentally open up a little and get some of the powerful herbal residue on the outside.  If you suspect this may have happened press capsule together and wipe the outside of the capsule to remove any residue.
