The Eliminator
Every "body" is unique. Start with 2 capsules per dose with 8 ounces of purified water. You may increase the number of capsules, as needed, up to a maximum of 4 capsules per dose, depending upon how many capsules work best for "your" body. Follow 30 minutes later with another 8 ounces purified water for best results.
Sensitive individuals may want to start with one capsule.
Rescue Me
Every "body" is unique. Start with 3 capsules per dose with 8 ounces of purified water. You may increase the number of capsules, as needed, up to a maximum of 6 capsules per dose, depending upon how many capsules work best for "your" body. Follow 30 minutes later with another 8 ounces purified water for best results.
Sensitive individuals may want to start with 2 capsules per dose.
Active Enzymes Plus
Take two capsules of Active Enzymes Plus with a small amount of purified room temperature water before or during each meal. Four capsules are suggested if you consume a large quantity of processed food at any meal.
Sensitive individuals may want to start with two capsules.
Health Tip: it is advisable NOT to drink large amounts of hot or cold liquids during your meal.
